Rental Reservations & Policies
Reservations and Advance Deposits:
Rates based on 6 person occupancy. Extra charge for additional persons.
A 50% down payment required at time of reservation. Your reservation confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to rental.
Sorry-No Smoking and No Pets.
We expect that you will care for our home as well as you care for your own. You will be held responsible for any and all loss or damages.
